Experienced Medical Assistant - Dawsonville
Pay: $21-$22 per hour
Location: Dawsonville, GA

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
- At least 3 years of medical assisting experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology (reading and writing)
- CPR certification
- Experience with Eclinical or Athena
- Primary Care experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage patient flow efficiently
- Obtain patient histories, assess and triage patients
- Measure vital signs and document information accurately
- Explain procedures and prepare patients and exam rooms
- Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
- Handle medication dosage calculations, injections, and vaccinations
- Perform blood draws
- Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Complete detailed medical charts and document services rendered
- Conduct patient call-backs, referrals, testing, and scheduling follow-ups
- Support registration staff and perform clerical duties as needed
