VP of Marketing and Communications
Job Title: VP of Marketing and Communications
Pay: $200,000 - $300,000 base salary
Location: Frisco, TX (100% On-site)

Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership with a focus on consumer brands, media, or creator-driven content
- Proven success in launching and scaling consumer products or brands, ideally within high-growth or DTC spaces
- Deep understanding of audience-led growth strategies and modern marketing technology stacks
- Demonstrated experience managing complex launches, cross-functional teams, and data-driven marketing systems
- Strong relationships with media agencies, platforms, and strategic partners
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for digital media, entertainment, sports, and the creator economy
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and communications strategies that align with company vision
- Lead go-to-market planning for new consumer products, digital platforms, and experiential events
- Oversee public relations, media outreach, and reputation management, fostering relationships with industry creators and partners
- Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to craft compelling narratives and campaigns
- Drive audience growth through innovative marketing tactics, performance optimization, and measurable KPIs
- Plan special initiatives such as live events and community engagement activities to strengthen fan loyalty and promote positive cultural values
- Monitor cultural trends and platform shifts to keep the brand ahead of the curve in a competitive landscape
