We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist to help us provide exceptional customer service. As a Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist your ability to troubleshoot non-documented problems and think outside of the box is of the utmost importance. Candidates that have recent experience working for an MSP are preferred.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the Saint Louis area.
Tier 3 Help Desk Responsibilities Are:

  • Managing technical projects and implementations
  • Working with and mentoring junior technicians through more complex tickets
  • Triaging ticket importance and escalation
  • Ensuring that our clients have the best support experience on the planet
Technical Things We'd Prefer You Have Experience With:
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Firewalls
  • Switches
  • Routers
  • Network Cabling
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLAN’s, etc)
