Member Services Representative 

Location: Sandy Springs/ Smyrna area (30339)
Shift: Will switch to Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs during enrollment season 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm. (Oct-April).
Job Type: 3 month temp to perm
Starting Pay: 22/hr.+

Prestige Staffing is currently searching for a call center Member Service Representative in Smyrna, Georgia.
Successful candidates will have a call center background with knowledge of healthcare terminology.  
You must be able to work onsite. (Total hours per week = 40)

Knowledge/Experience:

• High school education or equivalent is a must
• Flexible schedule, friendly personality, and ability to work remote.
• Computer savvy
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is plus
• 2 year customer service experience in a call center environment
• Must be familiar with a combination of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, insurance, or EOBs

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence from customers within established time frames
• Assist members with plan benefits via telephone, in writing, in person or make referral to outreach representative as appropriate
• Document in the computer system all customers' issues and resolution
• May coordinate member transportation
