Call Center Representative (Remote)
Prestige Staffing is currently searching for a remote Call Center Representative. Successful candidates will have a call center background, comfortable with outbound phone calls . Hours will range from 8 :00am- 8:00pm and pay will be around $15/hr. Must have high speed internet and be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Knowledge/Experience:

• High school education or equivalent is a MUST
• 2 year customer service experience in a call center environment
• Must be comfortable making OUTBOUND phone calls
• Healthcare terminology is a plus
• Bilingual is GREAT (Spanish / English) but not required

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence from customers within established timeframes
• Assist members with scheduling community outreach events
• Document in the computer system all customers' issues and resolution
• May coordinate member transportation

Additional Information
This is a contract position that will last 3+ months. Great opportunity with a great company. $15/hour. Monday through Friday position and hours will range from 8:00am - 7:00pm. May be asked to work an occasional weekend.
