Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Remote
We are seeking a proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of tasks, including document management, calendar scheduling, email correspondence, and internal communications. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

Handle email and phone communications with professionalism

Maintain organized digital filing systems and assist with data entry

Support leadership and other departments with administrative needs
Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship required
-
Valid U.S. government-issued ID
-
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred

1–2 years of administrative experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Excellent communication and time-management skills
-
Dependable internet and secure, private workspace
