Customer Service Representative - Spanish/English Speaking

Knowledge/Experience:
  • High school education or equivalent is a MUST 
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1 year customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Must be familiar with a combination of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, insurance, and EOBs


Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence from customers within established timeframes
  • Assist members with plan benefits via telephone, in writing, in person or make referral to outreach representative as appropriate
  • Document in the computer system all customers' issues and resolution
  • May coordinate member transportation

Additional Information
This is a contract position that will last 3+ months.  Great opportunity with a great company.  $15/hour.  Monday through Friday position (with the possibility of an occasional Saturday) and hours will range from 7:00am - 8:00pm.
