Development Manager

Prestige Staffing partners with a growing financial company in Plano that is developing software to provide a virtual, e-payment solution.

Right now, they’re focused on hiring a Development Manager with strong experience leading and educating team members on best practices in building .NET web applications. This role is a true 50/50 role with half of your time being split handling leadership tasks (product direction, code reviews, team management) and the other half being hands on technically with development and architecture.

Experience we’d love to see:

8+ years of experience developing .NET applications

3+ years of experience managing software development teams

3+ years of experience with ETL/Data processing

Experience working in a high transaction processing environment
