Director of Audit and Compliance

Prestige Staffing partners with a growing financial company in Plano that is developing software to provide a virtual, e-payment solution.

Right now, they’re focused on hiring a Director of Audit and Compliance to spear-head a couple of their upcoming projects for their Technology division. This person will manage policies, processes, and procedures; understand the SDLC in order to communicate between the IT team and business clients to better understand those policies; perform a quarterly firewall audit; implement IT security protocols; etc.

Experience we’d love to see:

10+ years professional experience in audit/compliance

5+ years of managerial experience

5+ years of experience with PCI or SOC 2 compliance

5+ years of experience with SOC 1, HIPPA compliance

5+ years of experience with BSA, AML, or KYC regulation knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Passion for technology
