Description

Prestige Staffing is looking for an IT Analyst to join our financial technology client, located in Manhattan. The ideal candidate has technical proficiency as well as an eager attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Desktop Support – Managing MS Windows, Macintosh and some Linux
  • Mobile Device Support – Managing blackberry, apple, and other mobile devices
  • Hardware and Software Deployment - PC and laptop imaging
  • AD and Exchange Provisioning – User, Group, and DL maintenance
  • File and Print Server Management – Permissioning and troubleshooting
  • Phone Provisioning - Managing Cisco VOIP phone and directory configuration
  • Support Ticket Management - Managing IT support queue
  • Broker and Trading Floor Technology Support - New York and London-based IT Analysts will support trading floor and broker desk technology including turret phones, tablet computers, wireless networking, proprietary tools, and data display support

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in a Windows environment
  • Understanding of Active Directory and group policies
  • Basic knowledge of imaging tools
  • Strong verbal and communication

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline
  • Mac and UNIX Familiarity
  • Experience in an exchange, trading facility, or financial services
