Pay
$120,000 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Location
Remote (100% remote work arrangement) - In these specific states: AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, NM, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the BuildOps workstream within our Horizons Program, a comprehensive ERP transformation initiative.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on BuildOps implementation, configuration, and operational support in a commercial services or field service environment.
- Deep expertise in BuildOps modules including Dispatch, Preventive Maintenance, Service Agreements, Customer Management, and Invoicing.
- Proven experience with BuildOps data migration, especially service agreement imports and field formatting.
- Strong understanding of BuildOps integration with ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing operational support for live BuildOps deployments, resolving issues related to dispatch, preventive maintenance schedules, invoicing, and user escalations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams for seamless system integration with financial systems.
