Remote Credentialer

Pay: $21-25/hr.
Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Credentialer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying clinicians within our specialized software platform. Your attention to detail and efficient workflow will ensure that all clinician credentials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. Experience working with Symplr, CredentialStream, or similar credentialing management systems is highly preferred. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our credentialing process.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in credentialing, licensing, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with Symplr, CredentialStream or similar credentialing software
• Familiarity with credentialing standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify clinician credentials within our software platform, utilizing Symplr, CredentialStream, or similar systems
• Maintain accurate records of all credentialing documentation
• Update clinician profiles promptly with new credentials, certifications, or license renewals
• Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams to resolve credentialing discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Generate reports as needed for management review
• Continuously improve credentialing workflows for efficiency and accuracy
