Job Title: Remote Physician Compliance Auditor
Pay Range: $26 – $42/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90-day contract to start)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (CST)
Interview Process: 2 rounds
Start Date: ASAP

• Must have one of the following: CPC, CCS, or RHIT (please include in resume)

• 5+ years of experience in auditing/coding required

• Strong background in provider education and auditing

• Experience with Epic preferred

• Consulting experience is a big plus!

• Review provider documentation and perform annual coding audits

• Share audit feedback and recommendations with appropriate teams

• Create and lead training sessions for providers and staff on documentation and coding standards

• Partner with coding, compliance, and revenue teams on specialty-specific coding education (e.g., cardiology, ortho, neuro)

• Help other auditors expand their skills by sharing your area of specialty

• Stay up to date on Federal, State, and private payer coding regulations

• Pitch in on special projects and support team needs as they come up

• CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS knowledge

• Comfortable with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong communicator—can clearly explain compliance issues and solutions

• Great at researching complex coding topics and sharing info with others
