Summary
Seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of human resources projects within a rapidly expanding hospital system. This role involves managing large, complex projects, supporting HR initiatives such as performance evaluation redesign, HR automation, tech advancements, and cross-functional programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly within HR functions
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- (Nice to Have) PMP certification, experience with HR, OD, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting projects, MS Planner/O365, and established PM structures/templates
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple HR-focused projects to align with organizational goals and strategies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring adherence to financial constraints
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to monitor project performance and outcomes
