Prestige Staffing partners with a growing communications company in Dallas that is an industry leader in secured managed services.

Our client is currently building out a couple of their Network Operations Centers and are looking for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers. They’re looking for dedicated problem solvers who are strong in network troubleshooting and view escalation as a last resort. They’re looking for technical specialists who are experienced in remote, hands-on troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, configuration of routers and switches, circuit testing and activation, as well as maintenance of T1, E1, DS3, OS3, OC12, etc…

Experience we’d love to see:

  • 2+ years in a NOC environment
  • 2+ years hands on troubleshooting network issues
  • Strong experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • Experience configuring routers and switches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience support external clients
