Prestigious Medical Company in Georgia looking for Patient Scheduling Reps

Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find four Patient Scheduling Reps to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self starter. If you want the opportunity to work in a rewarding and dynamic environment, this is your chance. This is a temporary to permanent position and pay is based upon experience.


  • Identify patient medical record utilizing company process/policy
  • Answer, coordinate, and prioritize clinic calls to effectively address caller’s needs
  • Efficiently and effectively route and/or respond to incoming calls by following established protocols
  • Proactively serve as a patient advocate by utilizing courteous and professional phone etiquette at all times reflecting positive tone and speaking distinctly with poise, tact and assurance
  • Think critically, problem solve and improve processes both independently and collaboratively
  • Independently plan, schedule, organize and respond appropriately to a wide variety of subjects and situations in a timely manner
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to effectively anticipate and respond to issues as needed in a dynamic work environment
  • Use PC based office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel) as necessary; general computer skills necessary to work effectively in an office environment
  • Communicate in writing, in a concise and informative manner using appropriate language
  • Utilize effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work effectively in fast pace team environment
  • Process new information with minimum supervision
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls


  • At least 2 years in Healthcare Scheduling or Patient Access
  • Must have customer satisfaction focused personality
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Healthcare experience would be preferred

This is a Monday through Friday position and hours fall between 8am and 8pm.
