Senior Project Manager

Skills:  10+ years IT/SDLC related Project Management experience, 2+ years of Agile project management experience, assertive, excellent communication skills and attitude.

Pay: Flexible salary based on experience (roughly $150K) plus 12-20% annual bonus and exceptional benefits

Our client is a highly successful specialty insurance company located in Dunwoody, GA.  They are immediately hiring for a talented Senior Project / Program Manager to support the IT elements of a major policy administration systems implementation.  You will be reporting to the Program Manager and manage all projects related to our client's direct to consumer product. No two days are the same and you’ll never know who you’ll be working with from C-level stakeholders to our clients. • Deliver projects to completion through Waterfall and Agile (scrum) methodology
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, BA’s, end users, IT and suppliers and manage their expectations as well as ensure their accountability
• Report regularly on status of the journey and identify, raise and resolve issues quickly and completely
• Full project accountability: from managing the change to budgeting and building a team with the right skills to deliver the change


• +5 years of current experience as an IT PM where you delivered change with an Agile (Scrum) environment
• Creative problem solver
• Persuasive influencer
• Skilled communicator who can convey ideas concisely and appropriately to different audiences
• Encouraged and not discouraged by a fast paced ambitious environment where deadlines and budgets are crucial and quality matters most
