Junior – Mid Level Software Solutions Consultant

Skills: 1+ years’ experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience; supply chain experience or knowledge; customer facing / consulting background

Pay: Up to $100,000 based on experience + full benefits, 401K, Flex time and WFH

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Our client, based in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking Junior to Mid-level Software Solutions Consultants with software implementation experience. In this role, the consultant will be the customer’s primary point of contact through the implementation of their suite of supply chain solutions.

Other Specifics:

  • Configure, test, resolve issues and implement support.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation. Work with analysts to resolve technical issues.
  • Test added client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
  • 0- 50% travel required. A portion of your time will be spent on-site working directly with the customer’s project team; you determine the amount of travel.
  • Hands on training – this is the PERFECT role for a fresh candidate who is hungry to learn and anxious to work with an entire suite of products.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1+ years’ experience: Developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through INTERNSHIPS and/or cooperative programs
  • Supply chain management (“Do you know what a warehouse is and how it works?”)
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and also anxious to bring new ideas to the table
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering; Computer Science; Supply Chain Management; Management Information Systems; or related technical degree, with minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
