Certified Medical Assistant - Alpharetta
Pay: $20-$21 per hour
Location: Alpharetta, GA (100% On-site)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program
- At least 2 years of medical assisting experience
- Ability to read and write medical terminology accurately
- CPR certification required
- Experience with Eclinical or Athena EMR systems preferred
- Primary Care experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and ensure smooth patient flow
- Escort patients to discharge area
- Obtain patient histories, assess and triage patients, measure vital signs, and document information
- Explain treatment procedures and prepare patients and exam rooms
- Position instruments and equipment, assist physicians during procedures
- Clean and sterilize instruments after use
- Assist with injections, vaccinations, and blood draws
- Calculate medication dosages
- Complete medical charts with services rendered, test results, and supplies used
- Perform patient follow-ups, coordinate referrals and testing, schedule appointments
- Support registration staff and perform clerical duties as needed
