Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus

Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or IT strategy implementation
  • Technical proficiency in software development and web technologies
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Visio, and reporting software
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Define detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features to ensure quality standards
  • Work within an Agile environment, refining priorities and managing milestones and risks
  • Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs, balancing stakeholder needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including analytics, design, engineering, and enablement to drive initiatives
  • Turn data insights into actionable products that deliver measurable customer outcomes
  • Monitor and report on product performance post-launch to inform future development
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify innovative opportunities
