Prestige Staffing is hiring for a Contract IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have worked or is working with an IT staffing agency on IT roles. This person will be numbers driven and able to keep up with high volume recruiting and building her internal relationships.
Title: Contract Recruiter with a potential to go perm.
Location: Sandy Springs, In office M-Th and remote on F
Pay: $33-35/hr. depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting including posting requisitions, sourcing, phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel when necessary, sending candidates assessments when applicable, extending offers, background checks and moving candidates to onboarding stage
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements
- Calibrate candidate pools and host weekly touch base calls with hiring managers
- Build relationships with hiring managers at all levels to build synergies and execute superior client services, while working to understand the business needs and meet hiring goals
- Perform daily requisition management/reconciliation to properly disposition applicants and update recruiting report
- Initiate and participate in departmental projects, outreach programs, career fairs and other recruiting events.
Job Requirements:
- Hight School Diploma required, degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in IT with a staffing agency
- Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably ADP Workforce)
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong relationship building skills with all-level internal customers and external candidates
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to lead and drive recruiting process
- Collaborative team player but also be able to get tasks done independently
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Technically savvy with ability to learn and use new recruiting tools
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
