Pay: $50 - $75 per hour

Location: Hybrid (Remote/In-office)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proven leadership experience as a tech lead or senior lead
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
• Extensive AWS production environment experience
• Proficiency with MySQL and JSON APIs
• Ability to plan carefully, communicate effectively, and deliver on deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of the fitness platform
• Lead backend development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure the backend services are reliable, scalable, and performant
• Collaborate on API development to support mobile and web functionalities
• Optimize database queries and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices
• Participate in code reviews and mentorship of junior team members
