Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Urology
Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)
Pay: $115-150k
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong interest in cosmetic medicine and urology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, performing in-office procedures, and assisting with the ongoing development of our cosmetic service lines.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and pre/post-procedure assessments

Perform non-surgical procedures such as injectables (PRP, dermal fillers, neuromodulators), shockwave therapy, radiofrequency-based treatments, and laser therapies (training available)

Assist in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) protocols, including testosterone and pellet therapy

Document patient encounters in EMR and ensure proper coding/billing procedures

Collaborate with supervising physicians to optimize individualized treatment plans

Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedural care, and long-term aesthetic and functional wellness goals

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving aesthetic urology practices and products
Qualifications:
-
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia

National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience; urology, dermatology, aesthetics, or men’s/women’s health preferred

Experience with or interest in aesthetic procedures, hormone therapy, and regenerative medicine strongly desired

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
-
Comfortable working in a cash-pay, concierge-style practice environment
