Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be technically strong but business-facing, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This company has a family-oriented culture, so professionalism, collaboration, and approachability are key.
Experience & Background:

7+ years of experience in web development (no strict cap on total years of experience).

Ecommerce experience is essential — candidates without it will struggle to translate business needs into their work.

Prior exposure to AI concepts is preferred — general awareness and some self-learning or hands-on experimentation are sufficient.
Titles Considered:

Senior Manager – for candidates ready to take the next step in their career.

Associate Director – for those making a lateral move at a similar level.
Technical Skills:
-
Drupal: building, site management, and overall architecture knowledge.

POS systems: experience with migrations or integrations.
-
Testing & troubleshooting: ability to understand business impact and dependencies.

Integration experience: particularly with ecommerce platforms.

GitHub, Jira proficiency.

Exposure to privacy policies, ADA compliance, and cookie management.
Other Details:

Bonus: Eligible for up to 10% of annual salary, based on company performance.
