Pay
$80,000 - $90,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
Location
Southlake, TX (100% On-site)
Summary
Join a dynamic team as an Associate Product Manager at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or IT strategy implementation
- Technical proficiency in software development and web technologies
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Visio, and reporting software
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business goals
- Define detailed product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features to ensure quality standards
- Work within an Agile environment, refining priorities and managing milestones and risks
- Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs, balancing stakeholder needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams including analytics, design, engineering, and enablement to drive initiatives
- Turn data insights into actionable products that deliver measurable customer outcomes
- Monitor and report on product performance post-launch to inform future development
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify innovative opportunities
