$119,250 starting salary + $15,000 performance bonus — Total compensation up to $134,250

Summary
Join a dynamic team as an Advanced Product Coordinator, facilitating change management and supporting product lifecycle activities for leading SaaS applications within a global contractor management company. You will be instrumental in managing application updates, collaborating across teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of product enhancements, all while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner managing end-user applications in an agile environment
- Proven experience in SaaS product management and SDLC methodologies
- Strong understanding of change management processes and software development cycles
- Certifications such as PMP or CSPO preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee the change management process for updates to ISN’s applications, including ISNetworld and Empower
- Assist with prioritizing and organizing feature requests and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with software engineering and business teams to break down work into sprints and develop project milestones
- Partner with Business Analysts to define user acceptance criteria and capture project ROI
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of bugs and PBIs in Azure DevOps
- Lead sprint reviews, product-specific training, and develop comprehensive documentation and process diagrams
- Maintain expert knowledge of assigned products to support user engagement and technical support
- Participate in usability groups, customer workshops, and continual improvement programs
- Support security questionnaires, RFP responses, and internal process improvements
- Support multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
